Since 2018, Win-Win has been carrying out initiatives to expand and strengthen networks between businesswomen in Latin America and the Caribbean and the European Union. Trade missions and sectorial dialogues have been held, as well as trainings for women entrepreneurs.

For companies, the Programme provides tools and shares knowledge aimed at supporting them in the achievement of gender equality in the workplace, in the value chain and in communities.
