Businesswomen and Women Entrepreneurs

One of the pillars of the Win-Win programme is to encourage the creation of networks for businesswomen and women entrepreneurs from Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as from the European Union, to exchange experiences and conduct business.

Since 2018, the Programme has been carrying out a series of initiatives to expand and strengthen the networks among these businesswomen, through trade missions and sectoral dialogues. At the same time, actions have been put in place to train entrepreneurs in the six countries where Win-Win operates – carrying out trainings and lectures with specialists in different topics, as well as meetings with successful businesswomen.

Sharing knowledge

In addition to offering free trainings and mentoring on a variety of topics, Win-Win also organises a series of meetings aimed at promoting the exchange of experiences between companies, businesswomen and women entrepreneurs, boosting business networks for businesswomen in Latin America and the Caribbean to access new markets in the European Union.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the agenda of events was strengthened – and many of them (carried out online) focused on the challenges that women face and also the role they can play in the recovery of the economy and business.
